The security of our data and systems is our highest priority. Advanced security measures have been implemented to protect your data optimally. The application and data are hosted in the cloud on European AWS servers and therefore have a high level of security. This also means we comply with the requirements of a registered debt collection company for the Wki (Debt Collection Services Quality Act).
🌐 New portal
We have said goodbye to Watch! weblink and will be starting the phased rollout of our new portal in the coming period. Within the first few weeks, you will receive an invitation from us to create a new customer account. Please note: from now on, you will log in with your email address instead of your customer number and password.
📊 RiskMonitor – real-time online alerts
The current CRDT alert (weekly/monthly list) will disappear in its current form and be replaced by RiskMonitor. The major advantage is that alerts about arrears will now be online and in real time, clearly laid out and easy to understand, with color coding so you can immediately see the status of your relationship. The change is that these alerts will only be available for all your business relationships that you have registered with us. From now on, you will be able to continuously monitor the current risk status for all your business relationships.
